Goldman Sachs has appointed Kim Posnett as the Co-Head of One Goldman Sachs, an internal client services initiative. She currently serves as bank's Global Head of Investment Banking Services, where she drives its client coverage strategy. Source | Full Story

Mastercard has created a new position among its c-suite, a Chief Administrative Officer, which will be filled by the company’s General Counsel, Tim Murphy. Murphy’s role will be backfilled by Richard Verma, who has been promoted from EVP for Global Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs to General Counsel and Head of Global Public Policy. Wells Fargo announced that David Galloreese, head of Human Resources, will leave Wells Fargo on April 23, 2021, to take a role outside the company. Source

Blackstone hired Paul Morrissey as a Managing Director to lead investing across Europe for Blackstone Growth (BXG). Morrissey most recently served as a partner at the technology-focused investing firm, Battery Ventures. Source

Bitcoin Association, the Switzerland-based global industry organisation that works to advance business with the Bitcoin SV blockchain, today announces that it has appointed Marcin Zarakowski as its first Internal Legal Counsel & Public Policy Manager. Source

Binance.US, a leading digital asset marketplace, announced that former Acting Comptroller of the Currency Brian P. Brooks is joining the Company as Chief Executive Officer, effective May 1, 2021. Source

Axonic Capital announced the addition of Pete Cecchini as the firm’s Director of Research. Prior to joining Axonic Mr. Cecchini was Founder and Chief Strategist of AlphaOmega Advisors, an independent research and consulting firm. Source

Commonwealth Financial Network has hired Peggy Ho as SVP and General Counsel. Ho served a variety of roles over the past 14 years with LPL Financial, most recently as EVP, Chief of Staff for Compliance, Legal, and Risk and Head of Government Relations. Source

Fifth Third Bank, National Association has announced the addition of Jay Plum in the role of EVP and Head of Mortgage. Source

First Republic Bank announced that a seven-member team led by Ed Wentzheimer has joined First Republic Investment Management in New York City. Source

Willamette Valley Bank, is pleased to announce that Ryan Allbritton, a longtime banking executive and community leader from Salem, Oregon, has joined Willamette Valley Bank as Senior Vice President and Chief Banking Officer. Source

Banc of California announced the appointment of Alex Kweskin as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company and the Bank, effective Monday, May 3, 2021. Source
