The Walt Disney Company has appointed two new leaders to its Board of Directors: former Google executive, Amy Chang, and CEO of Lululemon, Calvin McDonald. The elections are effective immediately. Source | Full Story

ViacomCBS needs a new EVP and Head of Programming at Paramaount+ as Julie McNamara is stepping down from her position after fifteen years with the company. Source | Full Story

WWE has made waves by hiring former DAZN and FOX executive Jamie Horowitz as its new EVP in charge of Development & Digital. He joins WWE from DAZN, where he served as EVP of Global Content. Source | Full Story

WWE has hired Samira Shah as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and Matt Drew as Senior Vice President, International. Source

WWE elected Steve Koonin, Connor Schell, and Nick Khan to its Board of Directors. Source

WarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar said he will remain as CEO for the next 12 months. Kilar's role was imperiled last week after Discovery and AT&T announced plans for a merger. Source

UNCMMN has named talent manager and producer Rana Zand as a Partner at the management firm. Source

Sphere Media's BGM Inc has hired Andrea Griffith as Director of Content, a newly created role as part of a group reorganization. BGM has also elevated Aidan Denison to Director of Development. Source

Extracurricular, Malala Yousafzai’s production company, has hired Erika Kennair as President of Production. Kennair is the former SVP of Development at Berlanti Productions. Source

Berlanti Productions has promoted Jonathan Gabay to EVP of Television. He initially joined Berlanti in 2019 as SVP of Development. Source
