Amazon has lost Larry Augustin, the VP of Applications at AWS, who has left the company after two years. His departure is considered a major loss for Amazon’s business application and open-source software endeavor. Source | Full Story

Robinhood has added three new members to its board. The new directors are Jon Rubinstein, a former Apple and Bridgewater Associates exec, Paula Loop, a PwC partner, and Robert Zoellick, former World Bank President. Source | Full Story

Rivian has hired Gerard Dwyer as its new VP of Business Finance. Dwyer stepped down from his role as Waymo's CFO in early May. Source | Full Story

Lime hired Sarah Binder as its new Global General Counsel. Binder joins Lime from Pizza Hut. Source

Splunk hired Shawn Bice as President of Products and Technology, effective June 1, 2021. Bice joins Splunk from AWS. Source

Waze announced that it has hired Neha Parikh as CEO effective this month. Parikh joins Waze from Hotwire. Source

SailPoint hired Wendy Wu as CMO. Wu joins from Box where she was VP of Marketing. Source

jCyte appointed John Sholar as General Counsel. Sholar was previously a partner at Husch Blackwell. Source

Icario named Craig Wigginton CTO. Wigginton was previously the CTO at Altruista Health. Source

Imperva hired Dave Temkin as SVP of Infrastructure and Cloud Operations. Temkin was previously the VP of Network Systems Infrastructure. Source

Rapid Micro Biosystems hired Kristine Williams as VP of Research and Development and Jonathan Paris as SVP and General Counsel. Source

Faction hired Anthony Faustini as Chief Revenue Officer and Rama Kolappan as Chief Product Officer. Source

Verseau hired John Edwards as CEO. Edwards was previously Executive Chair of Tilos Therapeutics. Source

Exberry hired Guy Melamed as CEO. Source

1Password announced the appointment of Raj Sarkar as CMO. Raj most recently served as CMO at Prisma Cloud. Source

VTEX hired Astha Malik as Global COO of Growth. Malik joins the team from Zendesk. Source
