Workplace Tech

Intercom, a customer communications platform added former Smartsheet CMO Anna Griffin as CCMO; former Lumileds Chief Legal Officer Cheree McAlpine as its first General Counsel; and former Salesforce COO for EMEA Sanj Bhayro as VP of EMEA Sales.

CleverTap, a user engagement and retention cloud company, named Sidharth Malik as global CEO. Malik is the former Chief Revenue Officer at Freshworks.

Pendo announced that Trisha Price has joined the company as Chief Product Officer. Price most recently served as Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Product Officer at nCino.

Beautiful.ai, a presentation building platform, promoted its President and COO, Jason Lapp, to CEO.

Catalyst Software, a customer success software company, welcomed Jon White as its new VP of Product. He was previously VP of Product for Highspot.

Fintech

Emburse, a spend management solutions provider, appointed Adriana Carpenter as CFO. She joins Emburse from Ping Identity, where she was SVP of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer.

EquityBee, an employee-focused stock options funding solution, announced it has appointed Kevin Smith as Chief Legal Officer.

Stake, a fintech company creating cashback rewards for renters, has hired Dan Wu as SVP of Product. Wu previously served as a Senior Product Manager at Immuta.

Coin Cloud, a Digital Currency Machine (DCM) company, has hired Ray Taddeo as its new VP of Sales. Taddeo brings experience from roles at Coinstar, Redbox, and InComm Payments.

InsurTech

Accelerant, an insurance platform for underwriters serving small and medium-sized businesses, appointed Kenny Holms as Chief Decision Scientist. He previously served as an SVP at Acrisure.

Climate Tech

Array Technologies, a provider of utility-scale solar tracking technology, announced that CEO Jim Fusaro will retire on or before December 31, 2022. Array’s Board of Directors is engaged in a search to identify Fusaro’s successor.

E-Commerce

Cart.com, an end-to-end e-commerce services provider, named Tony Puccetti as its new Chief Delivery Officer. Puccetti joins Cart.com from Blue Acorn iCi, where he served as COO.

Health Tech

H1, a global healthcare network company, hired Ziad Ismail as its new COO. Prior to joining H1, he was the Chief Product Officer of Convoy.

Cybersecurity

OneTrust, an enterprise platform to operationalize trust, announced Guido Torrini joined the company as its first CFO. Most recently, Torrini served as the CFO of Celonis

Invicti Security announced that Michael George has joined the company as CEO. He previously served as CEO of Continuum.

Cybersixgill, real-time threat intelligence vendor, welcomed Gabi Reish as Chief Business Development and Product Officer and Christopher Strand as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer.

Hypori, a SaaS company focused on secure mobility, appointed Rich Sawchak as CFO. He previously served as the CFO at Novetta.

Internet

Candy Digital, a digital collectible company, announced today that former Instagram executive, Andre Llewellyn, has joined the company as its Chief Marketing Officer.

Indeed announced the promotion of five executives. LaFawn Davis was promoted to SVP of Environmental, Social and Governance; Sean McSherry was elevated to SVP of Finance; Anthony Moisant was promoted to the joint role as Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer; Lisa Ramirez was named as SVP of Operations, and Brendan Sterne was promoted to Group VP and GM of Job Seeker.

Upwork, a work marketplace that connects businesses with independent talent, appointed Anthony Buffum in the newly-created role of VP of HR client strategy. He joins Upwork after serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at FLIR Systems.
