Invoca, a California based AI-powered call tracking and conversational analytics platform, has hired Michael DiFilippo as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer.
DiFilippo joins Invoca from enterprise SaaS company AppDirect, where he served as CFO and Chief Administrative Officer. Previously, he served as head of finance and business development for the SaaS division of Citrix Systems, where he helped lead the $1.8 billion spinoff and merger with LogMeIn. He is also the former CFO of Mulesoft, which was purchased by Salesforce in 2018.
DiFilippo will lead the finance team, along with operational teams in legal, business systems, facilities, and IT.
The company announced a $56 million round of financing in late 2019.
"As Invoca enters our next stage of growth, we are excited to have a new CFO guide our strategy and scale operations," commented Gregg Johnson, CEO of Invoca.
