Chief Customer Officer at 15Five

Erik Verbeek is the current Chief Customer Officer at 15Five. Prior to this, they served as the VP of WW Customer Success at Box from October 2019 to January 2022. In this role, Erik led a Global team of customer success and renewals professionals who were focused on making customers successful with Box technology and creating long-lasting relationships with the company. Erik also proudly chaired Box's Asia Pacific Islander (AAPI) Employee Resource Group.

Before their time at Box, Erik Verbeek served as Sr. Director, Global Customer Success at Autodesk from August 2017 to August 2019. In this role, they were responsible for a global team of Customer Success Managers, Adoption Insight Specialists, and Customer Success Program Managers who delivered a world-class experience to Autodesk customers. The team was instrumented to drive adoption, retention, and growth and was comprised of highly motivated engineers, architects, and business professionals who were "relentless" in their pursuit of helping customers achieve their business outcomes and bringing back the Voice of the Customer (VoC) to Autodesk.

Erik Verbeek completed a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Erik also holds a CSS Certificate in Management & Administrantion (Finance) from Harvard University.

Erik Verbeek reports to David Hassell, CEO. They are on a team with Jim Morrisroe - Chief Operating Officer, Vince Huang - Chief Product Officer, and Brad Mcginity - Chief Revenue Officer.
