Kristin Reynolds

Kristin Reynolds serves as the Content and Knowledge Manager at 15Five since January 2019, focusing on creating, organizing, and managing customer knowledge for the onboarding process and ongoing support. Previously, Kristin held various roles at 15Five, including Customer Knowledge Manager, where responsibilities included writing technical product release articles and maintaining the customer-facing Help Center, and Customer Support Escalation Specialist, handling escalated issues and providing priority support. Earlier experience includes positions at LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics as Charity Pot Ambassador & Senior Sales Associate, Office Director for the campaign Yes For Health And Safety Over Fracking, and Director of Communications for Bee Safe Boulder. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Appalachian State University.
