Eric Carlson

Eric Carlson, CCIM, serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions at 1784 Holdings LLC. Carlson has extensive experience in the real estate sector, having held various positions at Life Storage, including Director of Real Estate, Life Storage Solutions Sales Manager, and Owner Relations Manager. Prior to this, Carlson worked at Sovran Self Storage, where responsibilities included Owner Relations Manager, Corporate Alliance Account Manager, and Customer Care Representative. Eric Carlson earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from St. Bonaventure University and is currently pursuing professional development through The CCIM Institute.
