Kate Gasparrini

Kate Gasparrini, MSW, currently serves as the Sr. Community Impact Specialist at 1Password, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Kate was an Employee Success Manager at Kolide, where responsibilities included managing people operations, hiring, onboarding, and developing initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion within a remote work environment. Kate's earlier experience includes significant roles in social work at Brigham and Women's Hospital as a Social Work Manager and Clinical Social Worker, as well as contributions to the nonprofit sector with Peace First, supporting youth empowerment and community service learning. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from Boston College, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Michigan, along with various certifications in yoga and emotional healing.
