Stephanie Fitzgerald

Stephanie Fitzgerald currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer at 2045 Studio, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as VP of CRM & Loyalty at Chief and Head of Lifecycle Marketing at Heyday. Stephanie has extensive experience in global brand member engagement from tenure at WW, where roles included VP and Sr. Director positions focused on lifecycle and retention marketing. Additional experience includes a Sr. Manager role at Anheuser-Busch InBev and a significant term at CSX Transportation, where Stephanie contributed to the award-winning implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Philosophy from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA with a focus on Quantitative Management Analysis from the University of North Florida.
