Oleg Leskin

Oleg Leskin is an experienced Android developer and team leader currently serving as the Android Team Lead at 3commas.io since May 2022, where Oleg leads a team of nine developers in merging applications using different tech stacks and establishing a design system. Prior to this role, Oleg worked as an Android TechLead, managing feature implementation and architecture improvements for an existing project. Oleg’s previous experience includes serving as a Senior Android Developer at BCS, where Oleg contributed to the BCS World of Investments app, and as the Head of Software Development at TION, overseeing technology stack selection and team management. Oleg's journey in Android development began at Improve group, leading a diverse team and focusing on recruitment and skills development. Oleg has also held various positions in software development since starting as an Android Developer at ArchyStudio. Oleg holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Novosibirsk State University.
