Olga Rogacheva

Olga Rogacheva is the current Country Manager for the Russian Federation at 3Shape. Prior to this, they served as Business Development Manager at Align Technology from June 2018 to January 2019. Olga has also worked as a Project Manager at Dentsply Sirona from May 2017 to October 2017, and as a Sales and Product Manager CAD/CAM (Central Russia, NW, Volga, South) at Sirona Dental Systems from August 2011 to May 2017.

Rogacheva has demonstrated success in a variety of roles within the dental industry. Olga is experienced in conducting market research, developing marketing mixes, budgeting and supervising marketing expenses, and aligning local marketing strategies with HQ. Olga is also skilled in promoting and selling CAD/CAM products, fulfilling sales targets, segmenting local product portfolios, planning and negotiating marketing budgets, and maintaining sales volume and selling price. In addition, Rogacheva has a proven track record of identifying and targeting critical end-users/key opinion leaders, building networks of CAD/CAM doctors society, organizing marketing programs/events, and initiating appropriate CAD/CAM product leaflets and brochures.

Rogacheva’s extensive experience in the dental industry makes their an excellent choice for the Country Manager position at 3Shape. Her skills in market research, budgeting, promotion, and sales will be invaluable in this role.

Olga Rogacheva's educational career includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation and a degree from the Russian State Social University.
