Nicole Bennett, SHRM-SCP, is a dedicated HR leader with extensive experience in all facets of human resources. Nicole has held various HR roles, including Assistant Director of Human Resources at Eagleville Hospital, where they oversaw daily operations and implemented important training programs. Currently, they are the Practice Leader of People Operations, emphasizing employee relations, coaching, and strategic support for leadership teams while remaining actively engaged in professional development and the local SHRM chapter.
