Job Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for the impeccable implementation of 6ix’s product onboarding, troubleshooting and documentations, both technical and customer-facing (specificaly onboarding). You will be ensuring that the product documentation is implemented, the user experience is world-class, and all aspects are on-brand.

As a member of the Product Team, the successful candidate will be integrated into wider Product Team activities and be guided by the team’s ongoing voice of the customer research and product metrics.

Your work will be critical to 6ix’s success in offering a powerful, seamless experience to our clients now, and as we continue to scale.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Developing the technical onboarding documentation for 6ix’s products.
  • Developing the customer-facing onboarding documentation for 6ix’s products.
  • Bring together various documentations under a common theme and provide meaningful product relevant documentation.
  • Continuously analyse user behavior to plan and implement better documentation for the customer’s full lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, processes, and technologies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Adhere to legal, compliance and credit processes and procedures.
  • Troubleshooting problems and issues that arise to adequately solve them.
  • Manage multiple priorities at a given time to produce high-quality work on tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with front and back-end developers to integrate with their solutions.
  • Track your key performance indicators (KPIs) and be accountable to achieving them.
  • Communicate and coordinate closely with team members and managers to ensure that deliverables are of high-quality and on-time.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

  • Effortless communication and written skills, confidence and sensitive to the needs of customers (internal and external) of all abilities.
  • Minimum 2 years experience utilizing both customer engagement and technical skills in SaaS products.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret software requirements and design specifications, standards, and regulation documentations.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines without compromising quality.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to set and meet ambitious targets.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or above.
