Warren Luhning

Chief Investment Officer

As a key member of the 7X Origination team, Warren cultivates relationships with offtakers, strategic channel partners and investors to drive 7X’s growth. He joined 7X from Pattern Energy Group, where he spearheaded renewable energy finance and corporate development. Previously, Warren was the Director of Utility-Scale Project Finance at SunEdison. He also held senior positions at SteelRiver Infrastructure Partners and Babcock & Brown. Warren holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.

A fun fact: Warren played college hockey for the Michigan Wolverines and later played in the NHL for the Dallas Stars and the New York Islanders from 1997 until 2000.
