Igor Soares

Igor Soares is currently the Head of Operations, New Business at 99. Prior to this, they were the Country Lead for Brazil at BlaBlaCar, a digital transformation leader at CDL São Paulo, and the Sales Ops Leader at Remessa Online. Igor has also held positions as the B2B Marketing Leader - Cremer Orthopedics at Viveo and HR CoE & Performance at Anglo American.

Igor Soares has a diverse educational background, having studied industrial engineering, mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering, and business management engineering at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, Óbuda University, and Dunaújvaros University, respectively. Igor also has an associate's degree in industrial automation from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. In addition, Soares has completed executive MBA and EE programs in general management (D&O) and sales strategy & operations, respectively, at the IESE Business School and Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Finally, they have also completed an EE program in diplomacy, negotiation, and conflicts resolution at the ESSEC Business School.
