Glenn Boyd

Glenn Boyd is currently the CFO at 99designs. Prior to that, they were the Head of Commercial Finance at IXOM from February 2017 to May 2020. Glenn has also held positions at Village Roadshow, Virgin Active, BBC Studios, and Deloitte.

Boyd has experience in optimising business growth and shareholder value. Glenn has also led finance for businesses as they scaled through acquisition, digital product development, and international expansion. In their role as Manager of Corporate Finance - Transaction Services / M&A at Deloitte, they were responsible for providing transaction support on a variety of M&A transactions, acting as financial advisor to clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Glenn Boyd holds a Chartered Accountant designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Glenn also has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from the same school.
