Greg Brown

Greg Brown is a banking partner based in the London office of Allen & Overy LLP, where a tenure began in September 1997 and continues to the present. In May 2024, Greg also became a partner at A&O Shearman. With a robust background in finance, expertise encompasses corporate lending, acquisition finance (both public and private), funds finance, trade and commodity finance, as well as real estate finance, including social housing finance. Greg holds a law degree from the University of Oxford, earned between 1990 and 1993.
