Miao Wang

Miao Wang is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international and EU law. Currently serving as a Partner at A&O Shearman since May 2024 and at Allen & Overy since January 2019, Miao has held various roles including Counsel and Senior Adviser at Allen & Overy. Prior experience includes serving as a Registered Foreign Lawyer (Senior) at King & Wood Mallesons and as an Associate at Gide Loyrette Nouel. Miao began a legal career as a Legal Intern at HSH Nordbank. Miao holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in EU law from the University of Hamburg and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International law and EU law, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from China University of Political Science and Law.
