Sachin Karia

Sachin Karia is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in energy and infrastructure projects and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Currently serving as a Partner at Allen & Overy since August 2005, Sachin Karia has also held the position of Senior Associate at the same firm, based in Dubai, UAE. Prior to this, Sachin Karia worked at Watson, Farley & Williams from September 1997 to July 2005, initially as a Trainee Solicitor and later as an Associate in the Projects group, advising sponsors and lenders on various energy-related deals across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Sachin Karia holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science and completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Educational background also includes A Levels from Nairobi Academy and O Levels from Greensteds International School in Kenya.
