Fabian Kratz

Fabian Kratz currently serves as the Head of Methodology at a.s.r. since October 2023, after holding a similar position at Aegon from August 2021 to September 2023. Prior to that, Fabian was Manager of Methodology at Aegon Nederland, where responsibilities included leading the development of market and underwriting risk methodologies, as well as assumption setting for life and non-life insurance entities. Earlier in Fabian's career, the role of Manager of Actuarial & Methodology involved overseeing underwriting risk methodologies and assumption setting within Aegon Nederland. From October 2006 to October 2018, Fabian worked as a Director at Deloitte in Financial Risk Management, focusing on Actuarial & Insurance Solutions. Fabian holds an MSc in Executive Master of Actuarial Science from TiasNimbas Business School, and an MSc in Computer Science and Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
