Msc Patricio Rodriguez

Patricio Rodriguez, MSc, has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Patricio has worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at A10 Networks, Inc since 2019, where they specialize in presales for the SOLA and MCLA regions. Prior to that, they served as a Systems Engineer at Cisco Systems from 2010 to 2011.

In addition to their technical roles, Rodriguez has also held managerial positions at Telefónica Chile - Movistar from 2011 to 2018, where they were an Assistant Manager in various departments, including Connected Home and VAS, TV, Home Networking, and TV Services.

Rodriguez has also contributed to academia, serving as a Thesis Supervisor at Universidad Mayor since 2009 and as a Part-time Lecturer at Universidad de Chile from 2004 to 2009. Patricio has also worked as an IT and Communications Director at Instituto Profesional de Chile from 2009 to 2010.

Throughout their career, Rodriguez has gained experience in various industry sectors, including telecommunications, networking, and research and development.

Patricio Rodriguez earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Chile from 1997 to 2002. Patricio then pursued further studies at the same institution and obtained a Professional Engineer (P.E.) degree in Electrical Engineering from 1997 to 2003. Following this, Patricio attended Imperial College London from 2006 to 2007, where they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Communications and Signal Processing. Recently, they enrolled at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and is currently studying for a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Cybersecurity, expected to be completed in 2022. Patricio's educational journey began at Instituto Nacional, where they completed their high school education from 1991 to 1996.
