Linda L. Kennedy

Linda L. Kennedy SPHR is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles, including volunteer instruction, human resource management, and consulting. Currently serving as a Volunteer Instructor for the AARP Smart Driver™ class since August 2019, Kennedy's previous positions include HR Manager at Gold Dust West Casino/Hotel/RV, where efforts focused on improving employee morale and enhancing recruitment processes using the Taleo system. Additional roles include HRBP at JDSU, where strategic alignment of workforce and business objectives was achieved, and HR Consultant at LIGHTSTAT INCORPORATED, where HR best practices were implemented to stimulate growth.
