Win C. Roshell, MBA, CWDP, currently serves as the Project Director for the Senior Community Services Employment Program at AARP Foundation since May 2014, focusing on work training for seniors aged 55 and older. Previous experience includes roles as a Sales Consultant at Comcast, where Win contributed to the launch of the XFINITY brand, and Vice President of Business Development at Family Care Solutions, Inc., overseeing the sale of the business to a home care agency in Illinois. Win’s extensive background in diversity and human resources includes positions at Merck as an HR Diversity Specialist and Senior Sales Consultant, as well as a Senior Diversity Recruiter and Operations Manager at Walt Disney World. Academic qualifications include an MBA in International Business from Wesleyan College and a BA in Marketing from Morehouse College.
