Caroline Hoeck

Caroline Hoeck is an experienced HR Director at AB InBev, overseeing operations in Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, and ZHQ since August 2014. Caroline has held various roles within the company, including Strategic Business Partner for BeLux & ZHQ, Sales Manager for both Indirect & Direct Distribution North, and National Sales Manager for High End. Prior to these positions, Caroline served as Senior Brand Manager for Corona and Cubanisto as well as Brand Manager for Jupiler and Stella Artois. Caroline is a graduate of Vlerick Business School, earning a Master's degree in General Management with distinction, and holds a Cum Laude degree in Economic Law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Caroline briefly worked as an Associate Manager of Innovation North America at Anheuser-Busch and completed an internship as a Business Consultant at Atlas Copco.
