Madhav Kathikar

Madhav Kathikar currently serves as the Director of Market Research & Analytics at Abbott since August 2023. Prior to this, Madhav held multiple roles at AbbVie from April 2018 to August 2023, including Associate Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics and Senior Manager of Analytics, where key achievements included spearheading gross margin improvement programs and launching patient benefit access services. Madhav has extensive experience in technology innovation and supply chain management from previous positions at Beam Suntory, Capgemini, Wipro Technologies, Siemens Information Systems Ltd, and Siemens Limited. Madhav holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and has advanced degrees in supply chain and engineering.
