Wai Loon Lee

Wai Loon Lee is a Management Information Systems, BI and Analytics Manager at Abbott since July 2017, leading analytics, MIS, and SFA developments for the division. Responsibilities include managing key analytics and BI tools, data segmentation, incentive scheme design, performance management dashboards, and statistical modeling, while also performing market analysis and gap evaluations to optimize workflow. Wai Loon has received multiple awards for contributions to distributor management and commercial planning, and previously worked as a Commercial Planning and Investment Associate Manager and Business Analyst at PA Dynamics, and as a Risk Analyst at AIG. Wai Loon holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman and A Levels from Taylor's University.
