Lake Lewis Jr

Lake Lewis Jr. is a seasoned multi-media sports journalist currently serving as a contributing NFL and Washington Commanders analyst for ABC News since August 2022. With a career spanning over two decades, Lewis has been providing daily sports updates and coverage through various media outlets, including his role as host and producer of "After Practice with Lake Lewis," a syndicated broadcast on ESPN and CBS Sports Radio. Previous experiences include anchoring and producing morning broadcasts at WOAY ABC 4, managing editor and NFL reporter for USA TODAY Sports Media Group, and hosting drive-time sports talk radio at ESPN Radio Florida. Lewis holds degrees from Penn State University and Georgetown University.
