Ravi Roopesh Kannepalli

Ravi Roopesh Kannepalli is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as General Manager for Group HR Planning & Strategy at Abdul Latif Jameel since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ravi worked at IBM from June 2014 to December 2021, holding various positions including Senior Advisory Consultant and Advisory Consultant in Talent and Transformation, as well as Senior Consultant focused on Talent and Engagement. Ravi began their career with a summer internship at Perfetti Van Melle in 2013. Educationally, Ravi holds a PGPHRM from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal (2006-2010).
