Todd Jones

Todd Jones currently serves as the Onsite Operations Director at ABM Industries since January 2023, previously holding the Operations Manager position. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Amazon from August 2017 to December 2022, where Todd advanced through various roles, culminating as Operations Manager III. Earlier, Todd worked as an Assistant Service Manager at Planet Toyota and a General Manager at Staples, where responsibilities included driving sales and customer service while managing a team. Todd also owned J-Rack Studio Solutions, a business focused on manufacturing rack mount cases for the recording industry, during the time at Eastern Illinois University from 1988 to 1991.
