Matthew Douglas

Matthew Douglas, MD, MBA, FACEP, FAAEM is a physician executive and advisor currently affiliated with Abrazo Health as of March 2024. In addition, Matthew serves as a principal investigator at Headlands Research Scottsdale since September 2021 and has been an emergency medicine physician at Chandler Regional Medical Center and Mercy Gilbert Medical Center since July 2017. Matthew holds a clinical assistant professorship at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix, where involvement began in April 2018. Furthermore, Matthew has worked as an emergency physician at The Emergency Center since July 2020 and served as an attending physician at Maricopa Integrated Health System from August 2018 to July 2022. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Arizona State University, a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
