Jennifer Marcum

Jennifer Marcum is an accomplished product UI/UX designer and co-founder with extensive experience in design and engineering. Currently serving as Product UI/UX Designer II at Abre since November 2025, Jennifer previously held various design roles at eSpark Learning, including Senior Product Designer & Front-End Engineer. At Pals & Co., co-founding since June 2018, Jennifer has contributed to developing innovative solutions. Notably, a successful tenure at MedPB as Senior Product Designer & Front-End Engineer involved enhancing customer experience through the creation of a self-serve portal and a design system. Early career experience includes a graphic designer position at Teradata and a creative director role at SCENTCO, INC., where Jennifer's UI design efforts led to a significant increase in online revenue. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes and certifications in web programming and user experience design.
