Mahlubandile Boqwana Bap

Mahlubandile (Hlubi) Boqwana BAP(SA) is an experienced Business Accountant currently overseeing the accounting process flow for Financial Shared Services Africa at Absa Group since February 2014. Prior to this role, Mahlubandile served as a Strategic Business Unit Accountant at Mintek from May 2011 to January 2014, where responsibilities included drawing and analyzing management reports, performing monthly procedures, and assisting with statutory returns. Previous experience includes positions as Management Accountant and SBU Accountant at Standard Bank Group from 2007 to 2011, and a Department Head for Customer Service at Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset Finance. Mahlubandile holds a CIMA qualification in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a degree from the University of Transkei.
