Diane Paulsell

Diane Paulsell currently serves as Vice President of Research, Monitoring & Evaluation at Abt Global since October 2022, following a tenure as Vice President and Portfolio Lead at Abt Associates from July 2020 to August 2022. With extensive experience in human services research at Mathematica Policy Research from 1996 to 2020, Diane held various positions including Director of Human Services Research, where management of a 400+ staff division and development of strategies were key responsibilities. Previous roles include Assistant Director for Special Programs at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and founding Coordinator of Esperanza Para Los Ninos, alongside early work as a Paralegal for Unaccompanied Minors. Diane holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Earlham College.
