Mariam al Zaabi

Mariam Al Zaabi is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Finance Transformation at Mubadala since June 2022, Mariam has also contributed to the Abu Dhabi Pensions Fund as an Audit and Risk Committee Member since November 2019. Previously, Mariam was the Executive Director of Treasury for the Government of Abu Dhabi from March 2020 to June 2022 and held Audit and Risk Committee Member positions at Abu Dhabi Airports from May 2019 to January 2022. Mariam's tenure at Mubadala spans over a decade, where roles included Head of Financial Governance, Head of Treasury Operations, and Senior Associate, beginning with an internship at Mubadala Development Company in early 2008. Academically, Mariam holds a Master's degree in Professional Accounting from United Arab Emirates University and a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Sciences with a focus on Accounting from Zayed University.
