Neal Jephtha is an experienced professional in contact center operations and business development, currently serving as the Senior Head of Contact Centre Operations for South Africa at Academic Partnerships. With a background that includes roles such as Business Development Manager and Manager of Call Centres at SA Clinics, as well as various operational management positions at Fedsure Life, Capital Alliance Life, Liberty Life, and Santam, Neal has developed extensive expertise in leadership and call center management. Neal holds an Executive Leadership Development Program degree from the University of Stellenbosch and has completed a Senior Management Development Program at the Standard Bank School of Business.
