Thomas (Tom) Russell is an experienced finance and mortgage professional with over 30 years in real estate and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Reverse Mortgage Coach and Senior Loan Officer at Guild Mortgage since February 2024 and as a Senior Retirement Mortgage Advisor at Academy Mortgage Corporation since August 2023, Thomas has a strong focus on customer service and training for industry partners. Previously, responsibilities included senior roles at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, Guild Mortgage Company, Umpqua Bank, and JPM Chase, where Thomas developed and maintained strategic referral relationships while providing tailored financial solutions.
