Pamela Long has over 20 years of work experience in various healthcare settings. Pamela has held roles such as Director of Quality and Compliance at Acadia Healthcare, Chief Nursing Officer at multiple hospitals, Director of Operations at Amedisys Home Health & Hospice, and Perioperative RN at Tift Regional Health System and Phoebe Putney Health System. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for managing budgets, patient safety, performance improvement, infection control, and staff education. Pamela has also conducted investigations, developed quality and safety programs, and provided oversight for various nursing services.

Pamela Long, MSN, PMH-BC, HACP-CMS, CPHQ, CPHRM, CIC earned their Master of Science/Master of Business degree in Nursing/Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2008.
