Diann Potestio

Diann Potestio is our Senior Vice President of Global Market Access, Reimbursement & Distribution. She has more than 25 years of commercial leadership competency with expertise in more than 20 different product and category launches throughout her career. Prior to joining Acadia, Ms. Potestio served as Vice President of Global Market Access, Trade & Distribution at Ascendis Pharma where she was responsible for building and implementing a comprehensive U.S. & Global pre-commercialization market access launch plan for Ascendis Endocrinology products. Previously, she was responsible for building, developing, and leading the new MS/Immunology (MSOI) Specialty Account Team covering U.S. Payers, PBMs, Medicaid, IDNs, GPOs & Specialty Pharmacy distribution at Sanofi-Genzyme. Additionally, Ms. Potestio formerly held leadership positions at Gilead Sciences, Novartis, Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer. Ms. Potestio studied classical voice at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from California State University, Hayward.
