Reginald Livingston

Reginald Livingston is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and acquisitions. Currently serving as Chief Investment Officer and Co-Head of Acquisitions at Acadia Realty Trust since December 2011, Reginald is a member of the Investment Committee responsible for approving all acquisition and structured finance transactions, as well as overseeing investment strategy and implementation. Prior roles include Vice President and Director of Acquisitions at TerraMark, LLC, where Reginald was a key individual in the development of residential condominium projects and managed a $400 million equity fund. Additionally, Reginald held the position of Vice President at UrbanAmerica, L.P., contributing to the underwriting and management of various office and retail assets. Reginald holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a JD from The George Washington University Law School.
