Kim Goldthwaite

Kim Goldthwaite is the Director of Human Resources at Acadia. Kim has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and has been with Acadia for 2 years. Prior to joining Acadia, Kim was the Human Resources Director at Blueport, a key technology partner for hotels. At Blueport, Kim was responsible for establishing the HR function and partnering with leadership to develop programs and processes to support a growing organization. Kim also collaborated with hiring managers to prepare staffing strategy for existing and future needs, managed the complete staffing process, and improved the hiring process with recruitment branding, job description development, alternative sourcing strategies, and onboarding process. In addition, Kim designed and implemented market competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain key talent. Kim also has experience in managing and resolving complex ER issues, establishing and maintaining the performance review process, and assisting with documentation to address employee performance issues. Kim is dedicated to ensuring regulatory compliance with employment laws and developing HR policies appropriate for company size. Kim also assists managers with guidance and interpretation of HR policies.

Kim Goldthwaite reports to Chris Walsh, CEO. They work with Donal Gallagher - President, Quaternion Expert Services, Caitlin Rogers - Corporate Counsel, and Sarah Jung - Head of Partnerships.
