Carla Brand

Carla Brand is an experienced professional in clinical affairs and research, currently serving as a Senior Clinical Affairs Manager at Acandis GmbH since October 2025. Previously, Carla held the position of Clinical Project Manager at RQM+ and CRO Dr. med. Kottmann GmbH & Co KG between December 2023 and December 2023. Carla spent nearly a decade at Edwards Lifesciences, where roles included Manager of Clinical Research Monitoring, Lead CRA, Senior Clinical Research Associate, and CRA Trainee. Carla began her career with an internship at BAG Health Care GmbH and a position as a Working Student at Mediconomics GmbH. Educationally, Carla holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences and a State Examination for Teaching in French and Geography from the University of Münster.
