Dion Joannou

Dion Joannou is the current CEO at Accedian. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Viavi Solutions from January 2015 to January 2017. Dion was responsible for directing all global sales for the end-to-end test, measurement, and assurance portfolio for NFV and SDN networks. During their time at Viavi, they also helped manage the formation of the new company Viavi as JDSU splits in 2 months. Prior to Viavi, Dion was the CEO/Board Member at Advantix Systems from March 2010 to December 2013 where they oversaw 60%+ revenue growth in both 2012 and 2013. Dion also oversaw the introduction of new technology into major US and global companies, as well as the 100% increase in reference customers. Dion has also been the Chairman Board of Advisors at Md7 from February 2010 to March 2011.

Dion Joannou pursued an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
