Erica Lacefield

Erica Lacefield is currently the Associate Director - HR - Operations Lead for Global Learning & Leadership Development at Accenture, a role they have held since 1999. Additionally, they have been a volunteer and former Board member at Midwest Boston Terrier Rescue since 2007, where they managed rescue operations in Ohio and contributed to fundraising efforts. Erica is also a candidate for Associate Fellow in Talent Management at The Wharton School and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Psychology from Miami University.
