Jenn Francis is a seasoned professional in corporate communications with extensive experience in public relations and strategic communications. Currently at Accenture since 2010, Jenn leads PR for priority areas including generative AI and the metaverse, while also spearheading innovative marketing campaigns such as Project Avatar to enhance employee engagement with new technologies. Previously, Jenn held the role of Global PR Lead for Accenture Operations, where contributions included proactive storytelling and risk management in the outsourcing sector. Other notable positions include leadership roles in public relations at General Electric and Burson-Marsteller, along with impactful writing contributions at the Daily Journal. Jenn holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Journalism from Olivet Nazarene University, and currently serves as Chair and Vice Chair of ELEVATE at the Institute for Public Relations.
