Kailash Swarna

Kailash Swarna is a Managing Director at Accenture since February 2022, having previously held roles such as Corporate Vice President at Novo Nordisk and Industry Principal Director in the Global Life Sciences Practice at Accenture. Swarna contributed as a Research Affiliate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management from June 2015 to December 2022, and completed the Sloan Fellows Program focusing on innovation in pharmaceutical and biotech R&D at MIT in 2012. Swarna holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from MIT Sloan, with a concentration on General Management, Strategy, Leadership, and Innovation.
