Mark C. Anderson is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at ACCO Brands Corporation. Mark has held this position since December 2007. Prior to joining ACCO Brands, Mark was the Director of Corporate Development at Pitney Bowes from January 2001 to December 2007. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing, analyzing, conducting due diligence, integration planning, negotiation and closing for core growth investments and divestitures.

Before joining Pitney Bowes, Mark was the Senior Vice President & General Manager at Imperial Bank (Comerica) from January 1998 to December 2001. In this role, they were responsible for creating a standalone equipment leasing and specialty finance business de novo. Prior to that, Mark was the Vice President of Business Development at GE Capital from January 1995 to December 1998. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing, negotiating, closing and managing complex financial services outsourcing alliances, acquisitions and JVs.

Mark C. Anderson pursued an MBA in finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University after completing a BA in English from Bates College. Mark also attended Scituate High School.

Mark C. Anderson reports to Boris Elisman, Chairman & CEO. They work with Cezary L. Monko - EVP & President, EMEA, Angela Jones - SVP, Global Chief People Officer, and Deborah A. O’Connor - EVP & CFO.
