Pamela R. Schneider

Pamela R. Schneider is the SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at ACCO Brands Corporation. Pamela has previously served as the General Counsel at Accertify, Inc. and as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at MOVIE GALLERY, INC.

Schneider is responsible for all legal, regulatory and compliance matters at ACCO Brands Corporation. Pamela has a broad range of experience in corporate and securities law, including corporate finance, corporate governance, general business and commercial law, business negotiations and contracts, executive compensation, employment law, marketing and trade practices, regulatory and compliance matters, and commercial litigation management.

Pamela R. Schneider received a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Pamela R. Schneider reports to Boris Elisman, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Deborah A. O’Connor - EVP & CFO, Angela Jones - SVP, Global Chief People Officer, and Cezary L. Monko - EVP & President, EMEA.
