Hanna Schmitt

Hanna Schmitt is an experienced professional in the field of behavior analysis and case management, currently serving as the Lead Autism Service Navigator at Accolade, Inc. since September 2021, where responsibilities include supporting TRICARE members in accessing autism-related services and developing comprehensive care plans. Prior to joining Accolade, Hanna worked at ICAN for six years, holding positions such as ABA Manager and Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst, where significant contributions included developing ABA programs, managing staff, and conducting evaluations and treatment plans for children with autism. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon.
