Heather Promer

Heather Promer is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Accruent, where responsibilities include serving as a Shared Services and EMS Subject Matter Expert, as well as providing EMS Professional Services. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Athletic Facilities Coordinator at Northern Kentucky University and gained experience as a Graduate Assistant in Athletic and Recreation Facilities Management at Grand Valley State University. Additionally, Heather contributed to sports development as the Head Coach for Girls Lacrosse at Grand Rapids Catholic Central High School. Heather holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Cornerstone University.
